Dear Village Church Family and Friends,
Today, at our 9am contemporary service, we were blessed with an extraordinary celebration – the confirmation of 13 incredible young individuals from our church family. This special occasion marked the culmination of a 12-week journey of spiritual renewal and deeper understanding of walking with Jesus. Pastor Tom has walked with this group every step of the way and we are so thankful for his ministry.
A Journey of Faith and Growth
These past three months have been a transformative experience for our confirmation class. They have delved into the teachings of Jesus, explored the depths of their faith, and discovered what it truly means to live as followers of Christ. It's a journey that has not only deepened their spiritual understanding but also bonded them more closely with our church community.
Baptism and Reaffirmation: A Sacred Milestone
A few weeks back, we had the joy of witnessing the baptism and reaffirmation of baptism for these young souls. It was a moment filled with profound meaning and celebration, marking a significant milestone in their faith journey. The ceremony was a testament to their commitment to Christ and a beautiful expression of their growing faith.
A Collective Creed of Faith
One of the most impactful moments of their journey was the creation and presentation of their own faith creed. During today’s service, they led us in this creed, sharing a powerful and heartfelt expression of their beliefs. This creed, born from their collective experiences and reflections, was a moving testament to their spiritual maturity and dedication.

Our 9am contemporary service was especially vibrant today as we celebrated this significant step in the lives of our young church members.
